Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Selkro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License Grant

Selkro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Selkro.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and current information in your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or entity
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post or transmit malware or malicious code
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Conduct phishing, spamming, or other harmful activities

4. Payment Terms

By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees displayed at the time of signup. Fees are billed monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file throughout your subscription. If payment fails, we will notify you and you will have a grace period to update your payment information before service suspension.

All sales are final. Refunds are not available, except as otherwise required by law.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Selkro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Selkro. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant Selkro a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Selkro MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Selkro DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Selkro BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selkro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service.

10. Data Backup and Recovery

While Selkro maintains backups of your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies. Selkro is not liable for loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Selkro is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and governed by their terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

Selkro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
